Olympian. Entrepreneur. SPEAKER.

A decade of relentless pursuit led me to Olympic Silver, World Championship Gold, and Commonwealth Games Gold.

Now I channel that same drive into helping athletes and teams unlock their potential and achieve their next personal best.

  • Every breakthrough begins with a clear picture of what's possible. Elite athletes see their race before they swim it. Successful entrepreneurs envision their outcome before they build it. Vision isn't dreaming - it's strategic clarity that turns possibility into inevitability.

  • In swimming, millimeters matter. Body position, stroke mechanics, race strategy, diet, mental strength, overcoming adversities—champions engineer every detail for speed! Create a system that allows you to reach your dream!

  • Strategic training builds champions. Every lap, every set, every feedback session transforms raw ability into race-ready performance. This is where you refine and perfect your craft—not for a day, a week, or a month, but stacking years upon years into a decade of relentless excellence. True mastery isn't built in moments; it's forged through sustained commitment to the process.

  • After racing through every international competition, experiencing the highs and lows, I've come to realize something profound: it's the journey and the relentless pursuit of your dreams that is most amazing about this wonderful world. The medals matter, but the person you become chasing them matters more. Embrace every stroke, every setback, every breakthrough—because the pursuit itself is the prize.

THE COMEBACK

January 2023. I was on track for the Paris Olympics, World-ranked, Commonwealth Games Gold, everything falling into place. Then extreme pain shot down my right leg. Within days, I could barely walk…Then I cannot move my right leg anymore.

Doctors found a tumour in my spinal canal, pressing against my nerves. Surgery was the only option—they had to remove the tumour and bones from my spine. I was devastated. Lying in that hospital bed, 11 months away from Olympic trials, and my spine is now missing bones.

But I firmly believed in miracles… I was delusional enough to think I was the outlier in any medical study and I will recover in weeks. Sounds stupid right?

Five months after… sorry I meant Five weeks after surgery, while my spine was still broken, I started training again. Yes I trained with a broken spine. I began the most challenging comeback of my life. I eliminated every distraction, cut sugar completely, slept well, ate well and trained relentlessly. I believed in my dreams more than I feared my limitations.

The result? Not only did I make the Paris Olympics I qualified with a new personal best of 48.08s, faster than I'd ever been in my life. I walked away from the Olympics with a silver in the relay, and 15th individually in the 100m freestyle.

After all, I was right… I was the outlier in any medical study.
