Rescheduling and cancellations.

More than 24 hours before your session: reschedule or cancel free of charge from the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations are refunded in full.

Inside 24 hours: the session is charged in full and cannot be refunded, because the time can no longer be offered to anyone else.

If I have to cancel because of illness or an emergency, you get a full refund or priority rebooking, your choice.

Online sessions: if a technical problem on either side means the session cannot go ahead, we reschedule at no cost.

Clinics: the terms in your written quote apply.
